A value looks wrong
The most useful message you can send. Include the crop, pet or mutation, the weight you tested at, and the Sheckle amount you actually received when selling. That lets the number be verified and corrected quickly.
Something is broken
A calculator returning an odd result, a page that will not load, or a layout problem on your device. Mentioning your browser and whether you are on mobile or desktop helps a lot.
Business enquiries
Advertising, partnerships, or press questions about the site and its methodology.
Before you write
A lot of questions are already answered on the site. The FAQ covers the common ones, the guide explains the value formula in full, and about & methodology describes where the numbers come from and how accurate they are.
We cannot help with Roblox account issues, bans, or anything handled by the Grow a Garden developers — this site is an independent fan project with no access to the game.
